Barbara and I worked hard
to make it able to be done in
various Paint Shop Pro
versions.
Needed:

Let's Begin!
1. File > Open your chosen
graphic.
2. Window > Duplicate
Close the original.

Height = 400 Pixels

Flood fill with your dark
color, or another of choice.
