Quartered and Quilted Tag Tutorial Made by Meshi Release date: December 30, 2023 *This tutorial was designed to be filter/plugin free! Barbara and I worked hard to make it able to be done in various Paint Shop Pro versions. Needed: Paint Shop Pro I used PSP X5, but this can be done in other versions.
